Please reach us at contact@therapeas.ca if you cannot find an answer to your question.
The length of time it takes to see results from counseling varies depending on the individual and the challenges being addressed. Some clients may see improvements after just a few sessions, while others may require longer treatment.
We do not accept insurance yet, but if you have insurance, you might be able to be reimbursed by your insurance depending on your plan.
The simple answer is no.
It is not safe to attend counselling sessions while driving because you can be involved in accident. While in session, you should be focused on the session, not on other things. In addition, using your mobile device while driving is not allowed in Canada. On public transportation, others might be paying attention to what we are talking, so the confidentiality of your information and privacy are at risk.
If you are driving, on public transportation, or doing any other activity that your safety, confidentiality, and privacy are at risk, the therapist will finish the session and you will be charged for the full amount of your session.
